Correct pre-treatment is key to optimal adhesion of powder paints. Our automatic degreasing cabin efficiently removes dirt and grease from the material surface, achieving perfect preparation for the next stage of surface finishing.
After degreasing we apply chemical pre-treatment with Fe phosphate, which ensures high corrosion resistance and improves the adhesion of the powder coat to the metal surface. This technology is ideal for extending the life of the surface finish, especially in demanding environments.
To achieve a perfectly clean surface that ensures better paint adhesion we use blasting as pre-treatment. This process efficiently removes oxides and dirt and provides an even surface for the application of the powder coat.
For precise and even application of powder paints we use ITW GEMA electrostatic equipment, which provides excellent surface coverage and optimal coating adhesion. This technology is ideal for more complex shapes and details.
We also offer tribo technology, which uses the electrostatic charge created by friction to apply the powder coat. This method is particularly effective for demanding materials and enables even distribution of the powder coat, guaranteeing high quality and surface resistance.
For perfect curing of the powder coat we use an electric chamber oven measuring 1800 × 1800 × 2400 mm. This type of oven ensures even heat distribution and optimal conditions for curing the powder coat, which leads to an excellent result.
We also have a gas chamber oven with larger dimensions (1800 × 1800 × 2700 mm), which allows efficient and fast curing of larger parts or several parts at once. This type of oven is energy-efficient and ensures a high quality of the surface finish.
